What you'll need
- Access to your current hosting panel (cPanel, Plesk, or other).
- Your domain (we'll take care of DNS once you're ready).
- An email so we can coordinate the cutover.
How it works
Open a ticket asking for a migration, we send you a short questionnaire (URL of the old host, temporary credentials, approximate size), copy files and database over, test on a staging URL, and once you give the green light we flip DNS. Typical turnaround: 24-48h for standard sites.
What we check before closing
- That the site loads exactly like the original.
- That email keeps flowing if we host that too.
- That SSL certificates renew on their own.
If your site is large or has quirks (live store, exotic plugins, thousands of mailboxes), tell us in the ticket and we'll plan it together. No surprises.
