Webmail lets you read and send your domain email from any browser, with nothing to set up. It's perfect when you're on someone else's computer or just want a quick check.
How to log in:
- Go to
https://yourdomain.com/webmail(swap in your real domain). - Enter your full email address (for example
hello@yourdomain.com) and its password. - Hit log in and you'll see your inbox.
The first time it may ask you to pick a mail app (interface). Choose whichever you prefer; you can change it later.
Handy tips:
- If the
/webmailpage won't load, tryhttps://yourdomain.com:2096. - Can't remember the mailbox password? You can reset it in cPanel under Email Accounts → Manage.
- Webmail doesn't replace setting up your email on your phone or Outlook for everyday use; think of it as a backup.
If the address and password are correct but you still can't get in, drop us a ticket with the affected address (never send us the password) and we'll look into it.
