Collections: a portfolio with its own page per item Print

  • 0

A collection is how you build a portfolio inside your website: an index with one card per piece of work —photo, type and title— and, when someone clicks any of them, its own page with a details table, the story behind it, a gallery and previous/next navigation.

How to ask for it

Just say it in the chat, in your own words: "I want a portfolio with its own page per project" or "add a collection of my work." The assistant adapts the wording to your business: Projects, Work, Cases, Sessions, Treatments, Products… whatever fits.

Adding a new item

Same as everything else, just ask: "add the project Renovation in Vigo with these photos." Its card shows up in the index right away, with its own detail page already generated.

The details table on each page

Every page carries a table of free-form pairs —Location, Year, Size, Price, whatever applies— that the assistant chooses based on your type of business. If something's missing or you want a field gone, just say so and it changes it.

From showcase to direct orders

Add a price to the table and ask for the "Order via WhatsApp" button, and the collection stops being just a showcase: clients can order that project straight away, no payment gateway needed.

How it counts against your plan

Each detail page is a page like any other and counts towards your plan's limit: 15 on Basic, 30 on Plus, and unlimited on Pro. Legal pages never count.

One tip: for a portfolio, use your own photos whenever you can. Stock images work fine for the rest of the site, but a collection of real work just doesn't look the same with them.
