Calendar bookings on your website Print

Would you like your customers to book appointments straight from your site? Just tell the builder's assistant, in your own words, like everything else: “I want a booking system with a calendar”. It'll add the block and ask you whatever it needs to know.

If you already use a calendar provider

If you've got an account with a booking service (Cal.com or Calendly, for instance, both of which have free plans), paste your link into the chat and your site embeds it. The calendar only loads when a visitor clicks on it, so your site keeps opening just as quickly for everyone.

If you don't use one

The block offers appointments over WhatsApp, with a message already written that your visitor only has to send (or by email, if you'd rather). Bookings come straight to you.

One important note: the site the builder generates is static, and at GoServix we don't manage your diary or your appointments. Your diary lives wherever you keep it: with your calendar provider, or in your WhatsApp and your inbox. Signing up with the provider is something you do yourself — it's free to start — and after that you only need to paste the link into the builder's chat.

If you're not sure which option suits you best, ask the assistant: it can explain the difference between the two. And if you'd rather we looked at it with you, open a ticket and we'll give you a hand.
