Once the email account is created in cPanel, you can use it from any client. The settings are the same across all of them.

Incoming (IMAP):

Host: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
Username: your full address (e.g. contact@yourdomain.com)
Password: the one you set when creating the account

Outgoing (SMTP):

Host: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)
Username and password: same as incoming

We recommend using IMAP rather than POP3: your messages will sync across all your devices.
