Auto renewal charges your services and domains a few days before expiry, using the payment method you have on file. It is the most convenient way to make sure nothing lapses by accident.
- Sign in to www.goservix.com.
- For hosting services: go to Services > My Services and click the service.
- For domains: go to Domains > My Domains and click the domain.
- Find the Auto Renew toggle and enable or disable it.
Even with auto renew enabled, we send you email reminders before each charge. You can turn it off at any time from the same place, with no penalty.
