We are sorry to see you go, but cancelling a service is your right and we make it easy.
- Sign in to www.goservix.com.
- Go to Services > My Services.
- Click the service you want to cancel.
- In the left panel, click Request Cancellation.
- Pick the cancellation type:
- End of billing period: the service stays active until the next renewal date and then is not billed again. This is what we recommend.
- Immediate: cancels right away. Note: the unused period is not refunded.
- Add a comment (optional) and confirm.
Before cancelling, make sure you download a backup of your website and emails if you want to keep them. Once cancelled, the data is removed from the server.
