The first time you sign in to www.goservix.com the number of options can feel overwhelming. Here is a quick map of the sections you will use most:
- Dashboard (home): overview of everything — active services, domains, pending invoices and open tickets. Anything that needs your attention shows up here.
- Services > My Services: list of all the hosting and VPS services you have. From here you sign in to cPanel, change billing cycles, request upgrades or cancellations.
- Domains > My Domains: manage nameservers, DNS, contacts, EPP codes, locks and renewals.
- Billing: invoices (paid and pending), saved payment methods and credits.
- Support: open tickets, submit a new one and the knowledge base.
- My Account (top right): personal details, password, security profile (2FA), email preferences and sign out.
Our tip: in the first few days, take 5 minutes to poke around each section. It saves you time later when you need to find something in a hurry.
