Requesting a corrective invoice Print

  • 0

An already-issued invoice cannot be modified directly by law — if there is an error (wrong company name, wrong tax ID, wrong amount), the fix is to issue a corrective invoice that cancels or corrects the previous one.

When do you need a corrective invoice?

  • Wrong billing details (company name, tax ID, address).
  • Wrong amount (missing discount, duplicate charge).
  • Service charged by mistake.
  • Cancellation with partial refund entitlement.

How to request it

  1. Sign in to www.goservix.com and go to Billing > My Invoices.
  2. Click the number of the invoice you want to correct to see its details.
  3. Open a ticket at Support > Open Ticket, pick the Billing department and:
    • State the invoice number.
    • Explain what needs to be corrected and how it should look.
    • If it is a billing details error, update your profile first (Account > Edit Details) so future invoices come out correct.
  4. We usually issue the corrective invoice within 24-48 business hours.

What you receive: a new invoice with its own numbering (usually with an R- prefix) reflecting the change. If a refund is involved, we credit it back to the same method you originally used to pay.

To avoid future corrective invoices, we recommend keeping your billing profile up to date before ordering new services.
