My service is suspended for non-payment: what do I do? Print

If your site has stopped loading or you see an account-suspended notice, there's most likely an unpaid invoice. Don't worry: it's a few-minutes fix and your data is still there.

What happened: when an invoice falls due and isn't paid, the service is temporarily suspended. Nothing is deleted: your files, emails and databases stay safe throughout the grace period.

How to reactivate it:

  1. Log in to your client area and go to Invoices.
  2. Find the unpaid invoice and pay it with any of the available methods.
  3. The service reactivates automatically shortly after payment is confirmed (usually within minutes).

If you paid a little while ago and it's still suspended, give it a few minutes and refresh; if not, open a ticket and we'll switch it back on by hand.

Important — if you let it slide: after the grace period, an unpaid account is eventually terminated and its data may be permanently deleted. Don't wait until the last day.

So it doesn't happen again: turn on auto-renewal with a saved payment method, or pop the renewal date in your calendar. We email you before every due date.
