If your site suddenly stops loading, before panicking run through these quick checks:
- Is it only on your connection? Try opening it from your phone on mobile data (not wifi) or via a tool like downforeveryoneorjustme.com. Sometimes the issue is your ISP or a local DNS cache.
- When did it stop working? If it was right after installing a plugin, updating WordPress or editing .htaccess, that is the lead.
- Is there a message? A "500 Error" points to code or configuration, a "403" to permissions, a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" to an expired domain or bad nameservers.
- Is your domain expired? Sign in to your client area and check. An expired domain takes the site down without warning.
If none of this gives you a clue, open a ticket and let us know what you already checked. That way we do not repeat steps and jump straight to the problem.
